Exquisite vintage late 1950s/early 1960s dress by Marcel Fenez - Creation de Paris. Beautiful tailoring from this quality label. Medium sheer black fabric over an olive green satin under-slip lining. Velvet trim to neckline and skirt. Multi-pleat edging to skirt. V shape back.

The dress is missing its original belt. It is in very good condition and structurally feels hardly worn. There are two tiny holes in the skirt midway down on the left side. They look to be burn holes, so the fabric has 'set' and will not fray or widen. They are both approx 1mm in diameter. Hardly noticeable.
