Payment Details All prices on the website are in (£) Sterling. All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made by via Paypal. All payments are handled securely by Paypal Pro. Paypal Pro accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, JCB, Eurocard and Solo. Payment will be debited from your card before goods are dispatched. You will receive an electronic reciept from Paypal Pro once payment has been submitted.Little Black Vintage Dress does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by Paypal Pro.
Availability Goods are subjecct to availability. There is only one of each dress. The website will be updated as the item is sold. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Little Black Vintage Dress will contact you to arrange this via email the next working day.We reserve the right to adjust prices of the products at any time, without notice.
Postage and Packing Our standard UK service is via Royal Mail's recorded delivery and we keep charges to a minimum.To deliver to an address in the UK there is a £2.95 flat charge, regardless of number of items. For Europe, we charge £5.95 for 1 item and £1 for each additional item, all on a signed for service. For any other country, the charges are £8.95 for 1 item and an additional £1 for each additional item.
Lost or Damaged Goods Please contact us immediatly if any items are lost/damaged during transit.
Returns & Refunds To return an item, you must first contact us at returns@littleblackvintagedress.com. Goods must be returned in their dispatch condition, with any tags/labels attached. Please ensure that items are sent recorded delivery or that you obtain a Certificate of Postage. Items will be refunded/exchanged within 7 days of receipt of item.
